Our Up Front Pricing Policy: Additional Costs Explained

Choosing our specialty website packages brings advanced functionality to your online presence, but it’s important to be aware of potential additional costs. We prioritize transparency, ensuring you fully understand the extra expenses that might be part of your investment.

Key Points to Consider:

Specialized Plugins: Essential for your site’s advanced features, these plugins range from $39 to $249 annually.
Service Provider Fees: Our restaurant and IDX websites require monthly subscriptions to external services, costing between $29 and $99.
Flexible Solutions: We offer alternatives, including free plugin versions or custom programming, to align with your budget without compromising quality.

Affected Specialty Websites:

eCommerce, Invoicing, Events, Real Estate IDX, Restaurant Ordering, Booking, and LMS Engines.

We will detail all possible options and their associated costs during our consultation, ensuring you can make an informed choice that suits your budget and business needs.

On average we shoot for a four to six week turnaround on our website design packages, however, it's not unheard of for us to complete a project in two to three weeks. Typically, the pace of any project is set by each client's needs and how much input they can provide during the initial stages.

Your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. If your business website requires additional functionality, beyond what is covered in our pricing tiers, additional time may be required to develop.

Usually it is the client who writes the copy for most web designs. After all, you are the expert on your business, so it’s usually best if it comes from you. Don’t worry if you’re not a great writer, North Georgia Web is great at cleaning up content and can edit anything you write to make sure you look and sound like the expert that you are. We also offer professional copy-writing services and AI content for an additional cost.

If you are an local individual, or you're a local Florida business that is located inside of the Emerald Coast Region, we can begin work with a 25% deposit, and the balance upon completion. If you are outside of our service area, these terms will change from job to job.

Once your web design is completed, great hosting is super important! That’s why we offer high-speed cloud hosting for a great price. Although you can move your website at anytime, as it belongs to you, we think you’ll be more than satisfied here with North Florida’s best hosting services.

Yes! We love it when our clients take control of their website and learn to manage it on their own. We’ll provide you with a set of comprehensive video tutorials to help you learn your way around, as well provide you with a training session to help get you on your way. We also offer professional business website management services if you'd rather we manage it. We can affordably provide on-going support for all of our clients.

Absolutely! Having a mobile-friendly web design is more important than ever! We work hard to ensure your business website looks great on a variety of devices.

Absolutely! Lock-Stock & Barrel. The web design that we create for you is yours to do with however you see fit. We can host it for you, or you can ask us to put it elsewhere.

We can use your existing website as a reference but we prefer not to build onto your existing website. In rare cases we may do this at our discretion. If you wish to use your existing domain we can build your new business website on a testing server and switch it over when your new website is finished.

We understand, things happen and priorities change. If you contact us via our support tickets or by phone withing 3 days of your purchase we can stop building and offer a full refund. After 3 days, and within 7 days we will offer a 50% refund on your deposit, after that time you will be responsible for the full cost of the website. You can see all of our policies here.
