Turnaround Time
North Georgia Web LLC, operating under the trade names (“North Florida Web, North Georgia Web, SiteEngine” “we,” “us,” or “our”) endeavors to repair your website within 48 hours from the time payment is received. To ensure a prompt repair process, customers are required to respond to any emails from us within 12 hours. Delayed responses will result in the repair being paused until a reply is received, though we will strive to complete the process as quickly as possible thereafter.
Compatibility
The Hacked Site Repair service is exclusively available for single-site WordPress installations hosted on the following platforms managed by North Florida Web LLC:
- Shared Hosting
- VPS
- WordPress Hosting
- Managed Dedicated Servers
This service applies to one website per request.
Customer Data and Disk Usage
NorthGeorgiaWeb.net’s servers are designed to support hosted websites, not to serve as long-term backup or storage solutions. All services, including Hacked Site Repair, are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Unlimited Policy.
Refund Policy
A refund for the Hacked Site Repair service may be issued only if NorthGeorgiaWeb.net is unable to repair your website due to internal delays. Refund claims are voided under the following circumstances:
- Failure to respond to information requests or emails within 12 hours after the repair process begins.
- Interference with the repair process, such as attempting to fix the site independently.
- New compromises or malicious activity occurring after the cleanup is completed.
No Guarantee
NorthGeorgiaWeb.net provides Hacked Site Repair as a best-effort service. While we aim for thorough repairs, results may vary due to the unique circumstances of each case. Once the site is repaired, maintaining its security—including updates, credentials, and software—is solely the responsibility of the site owner. NorthGeorgiaWeb.net is not liable for damages or issues arising after the repair.
Single-Site Requirement
Customers must ensure that the affected site is isolated under its own unique FTP/SFTP/SSH username. North Florida Web LLC reserves the right to move the site to a new SFTP user if it is hosted alongside other content.
Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel the Hacked Site Repair service, notify North Florida Web LLC promptly to avoid interference with your site. Refunds will not be issued if the repair process has already been initiated.
Policy Updates
North Florida Web LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Hacked Site Repair service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Fraud, Phishing, and Scam Prevention

North Florida Web LLC is committed to identifying and preventing fraudulent activities, which are increasingly prevalent in the online business environment. Below, we outline common types of fraud and measures for prevention.
Types of Fraudulent Activity
Fraudulent Sign-Ups
These occur when individuals use stolen or falsified information, often including credit card details, to create an account. North Florida Web LLC actively monitors and addresses such incidents.
Phishing
Phishing involves creating fraudulent websites that mimic legitimate institutions to collect sensitive information such as passwords or credit card numbers. North Florida Web LLC actively monitors for such activities and terminates offending accounts.
Pump-and-Dump Schemes
This scam involves sending spam to inflate the value of penny stocks for profit. Such activities are prohibited on North Florida Web LLC servers.
Advance Fee Scams
These scams include:
- 419 Scams: Fraudulent emails promising financial rewards in exchange for advance fees.
- Escrow/Shipping Scams: Fake websites used to steal funds under the guise of secure transactions.
- False Storefronts: Fraudulent online stores that disappear after receiving payments.
- Employment Scams: Fake job offers requiring administrative fees upfront.
Reporting Fraudulent Activity
If you suspect fraudulent activity involving a North Florida Web LLC account:
- Contact abuse@northgeorgiaweb.net with detailed information.
- Include full email headers if the activity involves phishing or spam.
- Provide transaction details (first two and last four digits of the credit card, date, and amount) for cases involving unauthorized credit card use.
Termination of Accounts
North Florida Web LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activities, with or without prior notice.

Preservation Requests
North Florida Web LLC complies with 18 USC § 2703(f) for preservation requests related to official criminal investigations. Data will be preserved for 90 days and may be extended for an additional 90 days if requested within the original period.
