3.2 DMCA Counter-Notification
If you receive a takedown notice and believe the material was removed in error, you may file a DMCA Counter-Notification. Your counter-notification must:
- Identify the removed material and its location before removal.
- Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was mistakenly removed.
- Provide your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate legal forum.
3.3 Takedown and Reinstatement
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notification, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material. If no legal action is taken within 10 business days following a counter-notification, the material may be reinstated.
4. Trademark Compliance
4.1 Overview
Trademarks protect brand identifiers such as names, logos, and slogans. Unauthorized use of trademarks that causes confusion or dilutes the brand’s identity is prohibited.

5. Responsibilities of Customers
5.1 General Obligations
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all content hosted or distributed through their accounts complies with intellectual property laws. This includes:
- Reviewing and removing infringing material uploaded by third parties (e.g., forum posts or user-submitted content).
- Complying with copyright and trademark laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
5.2 Indemnification
By using our services, customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from their content or activities that infringe on intellectual property rights.
6. Termination Policy
We reserve the right to terminate accounts involved in repeated intellectual property violations. Accounts subject to multiple uncontested DMCA Notifications or confirmed instances of trademark infringement may be permanently disabled.
